Laboratory

For the safety of our patients and staff, beginning June 29, we will no longer accept walk-ins for all laboratory and blood draw services. Please call (928) 329-8331 to schedule your laboratory appointment. 

​During the COVID -19 pandemic, we continue to reassess our policy and procedures. By requiring scheduled laboratory appointments, we will be able to reduce the number of patients in our waiting area, allow for increased physical distancing, and decrease your wait time in our laboratory. We appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation as we implement this change.

We accept most insurance for our laboratory; however, there are insurance plans which are contracted with specific laboratories. If you are not sure if we are participating providers for your benefit plan, please give us a call.

Our physician will request that you complete your laboratory testing prior to your schedule appointment to ensure we receive your results in time for your appointment. This allows the physician to give you the most recent update on the function of your kidneys.
