Professional Fees

Patients are responsible for paying deductibles and co-payments at the time of their visit. To make payments convenient, we accept all major credit cards, cash, or checks.

Our goal is to participate in most major insurance plans available in our market. We also offer special pricing for cash-paying patients for most procedures. We accept most insurance plans. Your insurance coverage will be verified when prior to your appointments. If there is a problem, we will contact you.

We cooperate fully with the patient's insurance carrier; however, it is important that you are aware of any restrictions specific to your plan. Please call your insurance carrier if you have any questions about your coverage. We will do our best to help you.
